While I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families of all walks of life, I find I work best in these areas and/or prefer working with:
- People eager to break the grip that childhood trauma or a recent traumatic event has on their daily lives
- Individuals, couples and/or families struggling with addiction and wanting to maintain recovery
- Individuals or couples in the LGBTQIA community who want support around their sexual or gender identity
- Individuals or couples who want help navigating ethical non-monogamy or polyamory
- Individuals, couples, or families who are looking for ways to find relief from depression and/or anxiety
- Senior individuals or couples looking for support during health challenges, new caretaking roles and/or recent losses
